We’re looking for a creative, reliable, and customer-focused barista from Riverside who thrives on creating exceptional experiences through specialty coffee and friendly service.

Key Details:

Location: In-Person (Riverside CA)
Schedule: Friday to Sunday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Must be available 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Job Type: Full-time (Weekends required)
Expected Hours: 30 per week
Pay Rate for Batista job in Riverside:

• With Riverside Food Protection Certificate: $17.50/hr (Up to $24/hr with tips)
• Without Certificate: $16.50/hr (Up to $23/hr with tips)
  Certification required within 60 days (Free course available online)

Responsibilities as Barista jobs Riverside:

• Craft high-quality coffee, espresso, and tea beverages
• Execute consistent and artistic latte art
• Provide outstanding customer service with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Assist in food prep, plating, and service
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and café space
• Operate POS system and handle transactions efficiently
• Restock inventory and support opening/closing duties
• Collaborate with the team in all café operations (bussing, running food, etc.)

Qualifications to join our Riverside Cafe house :

• 2+ years of specialty coffee experience preferred
• Strong latte art skills and manual espresso machine knowledge
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Riverside Food Protection Certification (or enrolled to complete within 60 days)
• Organized, punctual, and reliable
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long hours, and navigate café space
