Responsibilities as Billing Specialist job in Fort Worth

• Issue invoices daily using the company’s operation system by referring to customer-specific rate tables.
• Ensure invoices are delivered correctly according to customer instructions (e.g., upload PDF documents to designated platforms, send to correct recipients).
• Review and allocate vendor invoices to the correct shipment data for accurate cost tracking.
• Maintain and update billing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for each customer of Fort Worth Texas.
• Keep all billing records and files well-organized for quick reference and audits.
• Apply creative problem-solving to improve current invoicing processes.
