We’re hiring an Assistant Maintenance Manager in Palmdale to lead day-to-day maintenance operations across our facilities. 

This role requires expertise in HVAC systems, facility inspections, and team supervision. You’ll coordinate maintenance schedules, manage external contractors, and ensure a safe and functional environment.

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year

Key Responsibilities as Maintenance job in Palmdale

• Oversee maintenance staff and daily operations
• Implement and monitor safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
• Experience in maintenance management, especially HVAC/Refrigeration

• Valid Driver’s License to drive across Palmdale CA.
