Join a fast-growing gelato brand bringing delicious, high-quality desserts to food festivals across San Bernardino. We’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic Event Staff to represent our brand, engage with customers, and help run our booth efficiently and joyfully.

Location: Various locations across San Bernardino and California

Job Type: Contract / Seasonal - Part-time (8 to 24 hours per week)

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Event Dates: We’re hiring for people who can work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Responsibilities for  Event Staff Work in San Bernardino:

• Greet and educate San Bernardino customers about our brand and gelato offerings
• Serve gelato and sorbetto with speed and friendliness
• Attract customers with samples and engaging energy
• Set up and break down event booths (tables, equipment, signage)
• Load/unload gear from trucks and transport to booth areas
• Keep the booth clean, organized, and welcoming
• Follow all safety and food handling protocols
• Operate cash registers and handle card transactions accurately
• Represent the brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and energy

Requirements to Apply Event Staff job in San Bernardino:

• At least 2 years of food service experience in California
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs, standing for long hours, and working outdoors
• Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills
• Enthusiastic about Asian flavors like Thai iced tea, milk tea, Vietnamese coffee, etc.
• Flexible to work weekends and various San Bernardino locations
• Great with people – friendly, outgoing, and approachable
• Ability to do basic mental math for cash transactions
• Strong organizational skills and a team-player mindset
• Self-starter, adaptable to a startup culture with evolving systems

Shift Details:

• Typically 8-hour shifts
• Workdays primarily Saturday & Sunday some time on Friday also
